Raccoon Hat: Basically... She's your stereotypical Canadian and even dressed herself up to show off her Canadianess. But one of the few things that sets her apart from the stereotypicalness is... She's very self-conscious and any kind of judgement scares her half to death, even if it's positive feedback (that's why she looks sorta concerned in the ref). Raccoon Hat is constantly pondering over what others thought of her that day or... Ever. But she's not shy or anything. In fact, people say she's a very (polite af) social butterfly. Raccoon Hat also has a tendency to laugh at really stupid things in a really obnoxious laugh that seems to drone on FOREVER!
